Do migrants accept New Zealand identity?

Migration and Success Handbook

Germany is a country of immigration and the academic study of migration and integration processes is becoming more and more important for a successful coexistence in this society. This handbook examines migration and success from a psychological and sociological perspective. This perspective needs to be developed much more strongly in migration research, because problem descriptions often dominate the scientific migration discourse. In particular, psychology is still too little concerned with the topic of migration and even more rarely with successful migration biographies. The presented perspectives on migration, migration processes and the migration society therefore analyze the opportunities and successes associated with migration. Discussions include what is meant by success, which factors influence it and where it lies for the individual, the group or society.
