By when do I have to book?
As a rule, we can also make bookings at short notice. The bottleneck is mostly in the flight. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before departure.

What are the costs of a language trip to Kyoto?
A 2-week language trip with 16 English lessons per week and accommodation in a single room with a host family costs 1565 €.

Is there a placement test at the beginning of the language trip?
Yes, there is a classification on the first day of school. You will then be divided into the appropriate level (A1 to C2).

Can I book the language course without accommodation?
That works, we will be happy to inform you of the travel price without accommodation.

Until when do I have to pay?
Upon conclusion of the contract (after handing over the travel confirmation and the security certificate), a deposit of 20% of the travel price, but at least an amount of EUR 200, plus any insurance premiums, is due. The remaining payment of the travel price is to be made 28 days before departure.

Arrival and service:

We would be happy to book you a cheap flight to Osaka or Tokyo. We recommend using public transport to get to the accommodation. There is a train that goes directly from Osaka Airport (Kansai International Airport) to Kyoto Central Station. The journey time is approx. 75 minutes. We would also be happy to have a transfer service pick you up at the airport.
