Innovative industries - and this clearly includes dialogue marketing - require intensive and practical research, which is why the German Dialog Marketing Association has made it its mission for many years to promote the exchange between science and practice. The anthology Dialog Marketing Perspektiven is published for the seventh year in 2012/2013 and brings together current specialist articles and research projects on topics related to dialogue marketing. It goes back to the 7th scientific interdisciplinary congress for dialogue marketing, which the DDV organized in September 2012 at the Stuttgart Media University.
