Why can't I send pictures from WhatsApp

WhatsApp pictures are not displayed

You can easily send pictures via the Messenger WhatsApp. If you cannot see pictures in WhatsApp, it is likely that WhatsApp was saved in the wrong location.

If you don't see any pictures in WhatsApp or if you get an image preview in which you don't see the content in full size, WhatsApp is probably installed in the wrong location. For WhatsApp to work properly, the app must be on the internal device memory.

Move WhatsApp to the device memory

So that WhatsApp can display the pictures correctly again, you have to reinstall the app on the device memory. Make a backup of your chats beforehand.
  1. Open the settings and then the "Application manager", "Apps" or "Applications".
  2. Tap Preferred Installation Path and choose to install apps on the device's internal storage. If the option “Preferred installation path” is not displayed, download “AppInstaller” from the Play Store and test it again.
  3. Uninstall WhatsApp by tapping it under “Settings> Apps> All Apps”.
  4. Reinstall WhatsApp and restore the backup during setup.
If the problem occurs on the iPhone, you should also uninstall the app and then reinstall it to fix the problem.
If you still get errors, check to see if you need to update WhatsApp or your operating system. Also restart your smartphone.
